About the Band

Aric Bieganek — Founder/Owner/Performer/Educator

 

Aric is the founder of the Kindie Rock band “The Royal Order of Chords and Keys.” R.O.C.K. has performed at the Kindiefest Family Music Conference in 2010 (Brooklyn, NY) and at Ann Arbor Summer Fest in 2012. In 2011, Aric received the New England Public Radio WFCR Arts and Humanities Award for Emerging Talent for his commitment to the community as a performer and educator.

 

Originally from St. Cloud, MN, Aric studied Songwriting at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. He built a career as an early childhood music educator in New York City, Western Massachusetts and the Twin Cities. Currently, Aric teaches his original brand of FamilyROCK classes at Sarah Jane’s Music School in Northeast Minneapolis and is Career and Alumni Advisor at McNally Smith College of Music. A resident of St. Louis Park, Aric is working on the next ROCK record entitled #rad2BAdad based upon experience from his favorite job - being a Dad!!!
